Beliana is the current leader of Nassollotyl. Although an aristocrat, she does live in a Realm that is constantly trying to eat you, and has managed to lead her city through a number of recent trials. A such, she’s as ruthless as the come, both on the battlefield, and in the courtrooms. Recently she was instrumental in encouraging her city leadership to launch the Dawnbringer Crusade that set up atop a great worm that passed between the two halves of her city. During the great battles that occurred while the worm passed, the city-half atop Neolotl was greatly damaged, and so she now spends a great deal of her time rebuilding what was lost. She still keeps in contact with the new settlement atop the worm though, which seems to have changed its course, circling the two great godbeasts fairly frequently
