The Children of The End Times return in a righteous rage to Drakengrad. While upon The Hungering Steppe in Ghur, elite agents of The Cult of The Fell Dragon stole an amberstone deposit which the Stormcast had been given for their efforts in protecting the local aelven population. Now, they scour Drakengrad, hoping to run down the smugglers and recover the realmstone before it falls into the hands of those seeking to destroy Drakheim. You are to uncover and pursue The Fell Dragon Cultists, destroy them, and take back the amberstone by any means necessary.

As cultists dedicated to The Fell Dragon abscond from Ghur with their stolen realmstone, the Stormcast of The Children of The End Times mobilize to give chase. You've been called on by the Chamber to join them in their hunt to recover the amberstone.

This is a Campaign Quest for Week 2 of the Curse of The Fell Dragon Path to Glory campaign. Unlike normal Quests for Path to Glory, a Campaign Quest can be taken in addition to the normal Quest currently undertaken by your warband.
If you win a battle while undertaking a Curse of The Fell Dragon Campaign Quest, you can establish an outpost to gain the veteran abilities, prime monster abilities, and Thondia Territories, as well as mount Thondia scouting expeditions, as featured in pp. 67-70 of Seasons of War: Thondia.

Rewards
Sometimes a Quest creator will tell you what you get for completing the Quest, depending of the outcome of course. If there is nothing, you can obviously create your own rewards, ahhh… imagine the possibilities…
For completing this Campaign Quest, your warband will earn the respect of the Lord-Aquilor of the local Stormcast Chamber for heroically fighting alongside her. In addition to any rewards from your warband’s current Quest, you receive 6 Glory and your Warlord gains 1d6 Renown.

Jorik was proud. His regiment managed to recover amberstone with minimal casualties. But it was only a small part of the stolen deposit. Who knows what happened to the rest of it. Maybe it has already been sold? Or cultists hid it in their lair in preparation for some dark ritual? Both of those options were horrifying. And Jorik had a feeling that the worst was yet to come…
