Errrrr Soulslayer
The trees sing with the life magic bound to Alarielle the Everqueen. Each soul pod was planted deep into the ground, as she grew her precious army of life, the Sylvaneth. All Sylvaneth have the same goal, to worship the Everqueen and serve her, bound to her and one another by the Spirit Song. Errrrr was no different, and served his queen with all of his heart.
Errrrr was created to be a branchwych, a mystic and guardian of the soulpods. A lifetime ago, though, his grove was attacked, and so, raising up an army behind him, he journeyed beneath the waves to slay the Deepkin that had come for his grove. During that attack, he earned himself the title of Soulslayer, as he carved his way through the ranks of Idoneth to save his soulpods.
But not all was well. As Errrrr struck down the rouge Soulrender that led the Deepkin force, he felt the Spirirt Song distort in his soul. The Soulrender, with his last breath, had cursed Errrrr, the soul of the creature entered Errrrr, and begun to corrupt his own connection to the Everqueen.
After years of agony, finally, his prayers to to Alarielle, now a distant murmur in his mind, were answered. Errrrr was made Soulbound. The Binding helped wall off the rouge Soul fighting to control Errrrr. Although he had lost his connection with the Spirit Song, at least he had survied the ordeal, banishing the Soulrender to inner depths of his mind.
The curse of the Soulrender, although horrible, did come with a blessing. He was now connected to the sea as much as to Alarielle, and the magic of the deep now ran through his roots.
During the Binding process, a section of the Soulrender’s soul split off, becoming Argh, his spirit guardian in the form of eel. This eel now swims in an never-ending dance with Ooo, the bittergrub that lived within Errrrr while he tended his groves. Both now live within Errrrr, balancing his connection with the land and the sea.

Drops of Corruption

On the wings of love (and war)
Day was coming to an end. Evening light of the Hysh shone weakly upon a ramshackle wooden platform in a small camp near the city of Crobus. A tall Desraki priest with an enormous axe was standing before his prisoner with a menacing grin. He then turned to the public...
