Within the great worm is actually a small realmgate to Shyish. This realmgate is currently controlled by the forces of Choas, specifically those that follow Papa Nurgle. It is in this primary cavern that a large hoard of this pure crystal can be found. It can be used for a host of various things, including the creation of weapons that can cut through soul-stuff, as well as be sold at a high price to the Kharadron Overlords. But you’ll need to fight your way through the forces that control the gate, and thus the hoard of crystal, in order to get ahold of your prize.
Inside Lāzawardcháros
The followers of Nagash named the great worm that circles the god-beasts Nasson and Neolotl, "Lāzawardcháros". Inside this massive creature is a cave network that has gone unmapped, and throughout the system, great gems (a strange kind lapis lazuli), can be found.

I don’t have a huge amount to say about this Quest, but I very much doubt you’re going to get massive armies clashing down there. It’s probably best played with Underworlds, Warcry, or Soulbound.

Rewards
Sometimes a Quest creator will tell you what you get for completing the Quest, depending of the outcome of course. If there is nothing, you can obviously create your own rewards, ahhh… imagine the possibilities…
I mean… magical crystals that can be made into weapons or sold for a boatload of aqua ghyranis? What more could you want!?
