Loth’ael is one of the Akhelian Emissaries. His greatest concerns are for his people and his mount, in mostly that order. He has a relatively strong sense of right and wrong, which sometimes coincides with the values of the surface worlders. He rides a brilliant Fangmora Eel called Silver

The Northern Desraki Theatre
