Score has gone up since the previous week’s 86.54%  and is currently 88.17% 

 

There’s still some technical issues with data pulling through on QDB, therefore Existing and DC agents percentage is not fully accurate.

Some managers are not able to see their team performance.

As soon as these technical difficulties are solved, we will provide more accurate and in detail information for our daily reports.
