Born at the onset of the age of chaos and marked out from his litter by his horns has blessed by the Great  Horned Rat Ratsputin rose to power fast with notable assassinations of key rivals and upstarts. Through dealings with of chaos worshipers and a extensive network of eshin spies he had learned of a way to duplicate one self. At the height of the spirefall in hysh he struck and a cash of knowledge and with help of his eshin and Tzeechian allies stole that knowledge along lots more that he later would use to sky rocket to power.

Now with the ability to clone his soul (with obvious improvements) he has made his self virtually immortal thus out living many rivals and has now started planning ahead by centuries not years. 

in the present he is now a feared representative of the Horned Rat and counsels both Clan Pandemic (a clan Pestilence sub clan) and clan Iron Klaw. Able to call on either for man power or better yet rat-power to see his will done.
