Faun’s Leap was created during the war of the worm, and at the close of that time period was infected by a cult called the Purple Serpent. The cult is very secretive, knowing that its presence is unwanted by most and so their activities occur largely in the shadows. The cult needs to be exorcised from the city before it can grow and bring the city down from the inside out
