Vladan Lehr

Mikronox, Prince of the Ever-shadow

On the continent of Penultima, within the Prime Innerlands, lies a city of inky beauty.

Carved out of pure onyx, spires reach for the magic-imbued skies, black tourmaline streets wind around parks dotted with night lilies, and the city shines under the glow of stars so bright that there isn’t a street lamp in the whole city. At its very center, a palace stretches high and powerful, and in front of it a Realmgate sits as a swirling lake of liquid crystal.

Ruling over both the living and the dead, Vladan Lehr, the Ever-Shadow, rules over his people with pride. Although not as large as the now silent Shadespire to the North, it is mighty indeed. With the Banelands to the west, and the Gloomtribe Haunts to the south, they even managed to survive the seemingly endless Age of Chaos. And he managed to lead his city, and its people through all of it.

After the adventures of The Black Onyx, Vladan is blessed by the Great Necromancer himself, and is lifted to a new station, that of the Mikronox, Prince of the Ever-shadow. He rules over The Black Onyx again, and aims to rebuild the city to be even greater then before.

Ceremony of Blood

The Mandestri, a brand-new blood cauldron connected to the great Mother Cauldron and font Morathi’s power – has been terribly damaged. Its cursed iron surface has splintered and must be repaired through rite and sacrifice. Morathi-Khaine herself leads a great ritual intended to heal the Mandestri’s wounds, channelling a vast quantity of potent gore through a sacred sacrificial shrine magically linked to the Mother Cauldron. But enemies seek to impede her plans; they must be driven back – or fed to the Mandestri themselves.

Dire Visions

Mara’s study was a mess. The Aelf’s desk was a jumbled heap of ancient scrolls and scurried calligraphy, maps and artifacts were strewn all over the place, each piled at comical angles. Candles dripped copious amounts of wax onto the floor as each was almost burnt to...

Tall Tales

Aden hated Taverns. The smell, the insufferable songs going on into the early hours, the constant drunkenness of its patrons. Ugh. Did these Aelves have no self-respect at all? Yet here he was, standing outside the dimly lit structure of a place he so despised. A...
