The aftermath of the battle in Aridia Valley sent ripples all over Thondia. There was a perfect circle that was the size of a small nation where the battle took place. From this circle arose horrors, abominations that were hybrids of both Khornate & Tzeentchian design

Feathered Wolf Warriors, Knights with Blue and Red Armor Melted in their Skin, Tzaangors within Bloodletters, Bloodletters within Tzaangors. Khornate Mage Hunters found themselves fused with Horrors that will eternally gnaw on their soul. Tzeentch Mages with the arms of a Flesh Hound that curses them whenever a spell is cast

All within the ranks of Chaos, and beyond, see these damned souls as abominations. The Maw is quickly surrounded and anything that leaves is slain without mercy. However treks are often taken deep into the maw to prevent mass gathering, this is more perilous by far
