Admiral Njondt Stoutstokk has led the Council of Prospectors for decades, a grizzled veteran of many successful and unsuccessful raids. He was formerly captain of ‘Ustenak’, a frigate which was destroyed by a Troggoth Boss called Moggloff. The destruction of ‘Ustenak’ drove Stoutstokk to the brink of madness. He bears a grudge against Moggloff for this, and if there’s even a small indication that he could be near, his grudge means he will take an entire fleet off course to hunt Moggloff down.
There is a long running concern by his fellow members of the Council that Stoutstokk will die trying to kill his mortal enemy, but they have belief that he will drag Moggloff with him.
