The Beastgrave was an immense predatory living mountain that lured explorers into its labyrinthine guts. While the name Beastgrave refers to a single mountain, the primitive tribes that live there often refer to the region around the mountain as the Beastgrave.

The cause of the mountain’s destruction is actually in dispute. Most believe it was destroyed as a consequence of Alarielle’s Rite of Life. However, others claim a band of Seraphon activated an arcane device that caused the mountain to tear itself apart from within. Still others insist that a deranged mob of Bonesplitterz consumed the mountain’s savage spirit and gleefully head-butted their way to freedom as the Beastgrave collapsed around them. The truth may never be known.

Warcry Twist Rules:

Battle of the Wits

As blood is shed between these rival warbands, their leaders try to anticipate and counter the maneuvers of their opponent.

Each player receives I additional wild die at the start of this battle.

Realm Rules:

Boulder Trap: Once per battle at the end of the enemy movement phase, you can say that you will unleash the boulder trap. If you do so, pick 1 enemy unit within 9″ of the edge of the battlefield and roll a dice: On a 2+, that unit suffers D6 mortal wounds.

Jagged Remains: Friendly units with a Wounds characteristic of 3 or less and which do not have a mount are treated as being in cover while they are wholly within your territory.

Artefacts of the Old Ones (Seraphon Only): Once per battle, pick 1 enemy unit on the battlefield which is wholly on a terrain feature and roll a dice. On a 2+, that unit suffers D6 mortal wounds.

Centuries of Bone (Ossiarch Bonereapers Only): Once per battle, pick 1 friendly unit which is wholly on a terrain feature and roll a dice. On a 2+, that unit heals D6 wounds.

Idols of Rock (Bonesplitterz Only): After deployment but before the first battle round begins, pick 1 enemy unit on the battlefield with a Wounds characteristic of 10+ and roll a dice. On a 3+, that unit suffers D6 mortal wounds.
