Telari is an elderly Aelf woman with a frail build and tired eyes. She wears simple clothing and has developed a wheezing cough in her advancing years, which she claims is connected to her long life of breathing the tainted air in Anvilgard. Having lived in the city of Anvilgard for well over a hundred years, she has seen the same ‘young fools’ make the same silly and self-destructive mistakes over and over again. Telari is one of the few in Anvilgard who has a connection with the reclusive Sylvaneth in and around the city.
