Running all throughout The Arid Lands Of Trirah, the Golden Road connects most major settlements and landmarks in the Lands. Running all the way from the eastern Mountains Of Griza to the Endless Salt Sea in the West, people can only speculate who built this famous landmark. The road consists of yellow glistening stone, not found in the Arid Lands. Along the road, endless small huts stand, each supplied with water and food, where strangers can rest and restock. Even though many scoundrels and bandits roam these lands, the food and water in the huts are almost always left untouched. Traveling along the road, it is hard to not meet people regularly. Any reputable trader travels along the Golden Road, which also means there are many bandits along the road, looking to profit from the vulnerable. That again fuels a thriving mercenary market.
