Acting as the highest military authority of The Cult of The Fell Dragon within the forgotten Shyishian underworld of Drakengrad, Warmaster Duma is an uncompromising man, as unyielding as the will of the dragon gods he serves.
Prior to his service as Warmaster of The Cult of The Fell Dragon, the man now called Duma was raised as a son of the war-like Duma Tribe of Hidden People. Since The Age of Chaos, the Duma Tribe have more or less flourished, thanks to the apparent patronage of the dragon god their tribe is named for. This gifted their people great skill in the ways of war, as well as powerful mages. Through the decades, the tribe was able to repel the continued invasions of Chaos hordes into their lands, but as the Necroquake rocked Drakengrad, even the great Duma Tribe began to falter. At this time, the man who would become Warmaster of The Cult of The Fell Dragon was the tribal leader of the Duma Tribe, and gathered with others at the Mausoleum of the Gods to discuss what action would be taken to counteract the encroachment of Death into their home. Into this argumentative meeting stepped Propheter Anankos, who announced that in this time of great need, the time had come to awaken the most feared of their long-dead gods, The Fell Dragon, to cleanse Drakengrad of its many threats. To the leader of the Duma Tribe, this apocalyptic solution appeared to be the fated choice.
Duma offered himself and the warriors and witches of his tribe all but immediately to the Propheter, forming the core of what would become The Cult of The Fell Dragon. His loyalty gained him the title of Warmaster, and with that, control of all the marshaled armies of the Hidden People sworn to the Cult. This power the Warmaster wields with great skill and thrill in his heart. In fulfilling the prophecies of Anankos, Duma knows he is doing the work he was always meant to and will be rewarded greatly with the destruction of Drakheim.
