Civilia’s Ruin as become a major fighting zone with Rondhol. The survivors of Civilia, led by Sorrah Nikos, have managed to create a defensible zone, and are no longer in danger of starving to death, or being immediately overrun. Sorrah has sent word to Khardihr of what’s currently going on within the ruins, but her reports don’t actually match other reports exactly. Regardless, Sorrah claims the danger has mostly been resolved, and that the next stage of restoring Civilia should actually be to enter Furyoth Dell in pursuit of a portion of the Xarlanth. She claims that the section that crashed into Civilia’s Ruin has already been stripped of any of its value, and is adamant that the section in Furyoth Dell is most likely to contain the needed resources.
Of course, those fighting on behalf of the continent itself, as well as those that would seek to commit the land to the ruinous powers, couldn’t care less about the plans of Khardihr and intend to show Nikos that she is wrong about her supposed stability. According to them, the fight has not finished, and won’t be until only one faction remains in control.
Asarathu and his war band spots the Khardihr envoy on the way to Civilia’s Ruin creeps his way close to the group of about twenty men follow them for about hour before deciding to where ambush could be set up and escape atop a small hill draw a crossbow from his horse equipment box take aim drops the lead guards, and he orders men forward towards the enemy guards, and he located the leader of envoy a human man in his early fifties wearing robes of a bright wizard riding a griffon raining fire spell at his men he did not care about the life of his minions as cannon fodder to kill the enemy wizard dash forward from behind a bush a throw a null stone knife at the griffon stopped the wizard escaping jump on the back of griffon stabbing wizard though the neck and chest then kicked the corpse off the beast back and leaping back down and orders his men to retreat back into ruin and prepare for the next group the passes by his new kill zone

Well done! Consider this seen, Chaos has made its force known within the Ruins!
Elanor Fordreth makes contact with survivors amidst the ruins of Civilia on behalf of Khardihr and herself.

Well done mate! This was a wonderful story to read! Elanor at the very least has answered the call for aid!
The Wardens of Burden have entered Civilia with the intent of saving as much of the population as possible. The Dracothian Guard have established a camp and conduct the rescue under the supervision of Knight-Azyros Bartheliman Clear-Eyed, while Lord-Celestant Tcimmera Skybrow and her Drakesworn Templars keep watch for attackers.

I love these guys, seriously so cool
Thank you! I’m liking them quite a bit too, glad to see others are finding them interesting.
Inquisitor Voidwalker had barely signed the contract with the House of Vermillio in Khardihr, to provide security and inteligence during the Furyoth Dell operation, and already requests are coming in.
The House is adamant that another recent call for aid, that of the survivors of Civilia’s ruin, be ignored in favour of swiftly moving on schedule to the Dell.
Yurek Malenkon, castellan of the Inquisition, meets with Vermillio agents to plot their next move. They are to work together in identifying those keen on delaying the city’s journey, and persuade them first subtly, then as required, forcefully. Once targets are identified and their response gauged, the intelligence arm of the Inquisition would see to that.
Definitely noted!

Very cool! Thank you! And thank you for including the actual battle info as well, I really do appreciate that.
Keegan said yesterday that we still had until the end of this weekend before the story moves along, so I’m taking this opportunity to once again send my feral forest folk to fight the foul forces of Chaos:

Amphillis rose to her feet, an ornate case containing a scroll clutched in her hands. She was holding the thing in part because of its contents. But also to keep her hands from shaking. The young Tidecaster was still nervous. Even though having been made an honorary member of the council had been a great success in and of itself. Beast Master Argannon had of course been pleased, there had been precious little that she had been able to do. There was only so much she could contribute and she had grown worried that she would be removed from the council, maybe even the city itself. But that would finally change, for today Amphillis had to stop her hands from shaking with excitement.
“Honored members of the Council,” she began speaking. She had practiced for quite a while and it paid off, her voice being strong and clear. “I bring good news. Not an hour ago I received this missive from My lord, Beast Master Argannon.” She lifted the container before handing it to a scribe so it could be copied for the council. “On the way to Civilia’s Ruin his scouts encountered a fleet of filth barges the servants of the god of decay were using to transport the foul trees they are using to spread their corruption. He immediately diverted the Fangs of the Deep to intercept this fleet and I am proud to report that all the barges have been sunk and the servants of the dark gods have been killed.”
A murmur went through the council hall as they took in this information. Amphillis could tell that while the news was indeed good, not all members of the council were happy. “But what about Civilia,” came a reply, putting words to the concerns. “Our people there need reinforcement.”
“It is true, this will delay the Fangs of the Deep’s arrival in the ruins,” the Tidecaster conceded. “But Beast Master Argannon considered the opportunity to deprive our enemies such potent support to be worth that delay. But rest assured, the Fangs of the Deep are already making haste towards Civilia and will arrive within no more than two days.”
Again the hall was filled with murmuring, but this time the approving kind was much stronger. Amphillis couldn’t help but smile. It felt good to finally contribute.

Absolutely brilliant stuff, well done in weaving those elements together!
Under cover of darkness, Ratcyst Gall and a war party of the White Hand have been preying on the survivors of Civilia, robbing them of their dead and kidnapping the hapless. From this genetic material, the Master Moulder has constructed terrible mutant monstrosities, steadily adding to their number until they are numerous enough to use to multiply acquisitions.
It is on one such night that the war party runs afoul a band of orruk and risk discovery by the settlement and its allies.

(Two Warcry games of Untamed Beasts v Ironjawz. The first is a victory as the war party holds out for four rounds (before Civilia’s defenders are due to arrive) with minimal casualties. The second is also a victory as the war party defeats the orruk war leader and absconds with the majority of its collected material that night.)
Very cool! Glad you managed to get some games in friend!
Razgor Beastbreaka besieges the reinforced settlement with beastskewer killbows, but he gets ambushed by Skaven flying Blackmaw banners and is forced to retreat.
(Played a game against Skaven, the Ambush, Razgor killed about half the skaven himself, but still ended up losing to the skaven artillery, ending with a retreat.)
Oof! To do so much damage only to retreat has gotta hurt. And hurt Razgor’s pride above all else!? Well done mate
